The Answer is NO!
I originally thought you could send a Quick Text Message from the Messenger App, but you cannot, however, you can send it from the GPSMAP 67i itself.
Let me explain.
Quick Text Messages on the 67i
It is more difficult to type out a message on the GPSMAP 67i as you have to use the buttons to select letters and numbers, rather than how you would text on a smartphone.
Because typing out a message on the 67i takes more time, Garmin allows users to select common messages to make life a little easier.
Quick Text Messages on the Messenger App?
The Quick Text Messages are not included in the Messenger App for the simple reason that it is so quick to type out a message on the app.
You can see from the image below that the letters and numbers are located the same way it is on your smartphone when you text people.
